Meditation is easier to access than you might think. Perhaps you've tried it before and your mind was racing (which is completely normal and common for beginners).
Meditation simply begins with breath that leads to inward awareness and deeper connection to your whole self.
This class will move through only a few gentle poses that we hold for several minutes to help you achieve deep relaxation in the body followed by a guided meditation to calm the mind.
We finish the class with several minutes of sound bowls to bring it all together.
This class is a perfect reset for body & mind.
